Thursday
15 | 3:16, 3:18, 3:23, 3:28, 3:31, 3;22 | Started ok first 2 1k's but you can see the times dropped off on this hard grass circuit which included 4 surge zones and 3 recovery zones. Pushed all the way but dropped off towards the end. |

Saturday
16 | 6:46, 6:49, 6:37 | Almost 2 hours in total but my main session was made up of the 2km efforts. I was supposed to do 4 but after 3 I was buggered and I still had to drop in on the starwalker run where I ran another 8km. I was totally stuffed at the end of this session and it was hot today. |
Sunday
23.5 | 1:50, 12.7km | Started from home and ran in to meet the group, Sean told me to back it off a little in time today in prep for Thursday night. I felt not too bad-Nes Compression sleeves awesome and got me through the day. |
Another week of hard sessions but Im able to get through them a little better now. Body adapting slowly and some of the reps are improving with a lot of work still to do. The main realisation this week is that we probably wont go and do the NYC marathon as hoped, we are just too busy and its a luxury we may do one day later. So now the focus will be on deciding which Aussie marathon to target. 114km
