All in all it was a better week with some improvements over the first week. Im a long way back still and getting smashed in sessions. However with this all starting we have also managed to get the "Paddington Run club" up and running well which makes it satisfying. My Monday recovery/easy run is with one of the group runs at 6pm on Monday and it fits in well.
Second week as a runner, its hard to tell how Ill do this year.
