Im back into it and its no fun, yet! Getting fit dropping a few kg's and picking some upcoming races though will all help me get back to base running form in 4 weeks. After that Ill be looking to having an improved running year without the burden of tri training on top.

Sunday - Long run

Thats 91km for my first week back!
