Was pretty tired in the morning, but was generally ok throughout the swim.

Sauna session 210-230 watts
Another solid day with a sauna session to top it off. Temp ranges from 26-32 degrees with hugh humidity but its pretty hard to tell. Its one tough set though not for the effort, but the effort in that heat and its one were you sweat for a couple of hours afterwards too.
Juggling the training sessions with everything at the moment is pretty tough, but its one of those things that if done correctly should pay off shortly.
