Finished the session well, but it was pretty slow and I had to work for the time.

Weight/Core
First time in 5 weeks Ive had an easy Tuesday morning run but saying that it wasnt too easy at all really. The accumulated fatigue made it very tough, but hopefully I freshen later in the week just in time to get through the weekend.
The countdown is on, with less than 4 weeks to go the base quality has all been laid, now its about getting a few key sessions out and also starting to freshen up.
