Monday 14th

Swim - 4.3km

Still feeling ok in the water. 25*100's was the main set. All I can say is thanks that Brett is there at the moment to start me off. My legs were very tired in the beginning but the swim improved me.

1 Hour WT (Sauna)
Heat training has really kicked in, its tough but hopefully it pays off.

The Sauna in the C7 building in the city is a dulling experience. I use the time in there during my session mentally preparing for the race, thats about all you can do as its pretty uncomfortable.

Jo is pretty crook at the moment too, so its tough everywhere.
