Was tired in the pool this morning but still managed the set - Over the swim.

Run - Recovery 10km approx 47 minutes
Easy run around centennial.
Easy relaxed pace but sometimes on these runs at the moment Im so tired that its a struggle, only near the end I c=actually start feeling a bit fresher - guess thats the point.
Busy day at work too running the first instore workshop at 2XU Paddington on compression. Things are gaining momentum at the store, so throw in the Ironman and life is a juggling act at the moment.
Got home after 8, bad sleep dogs first and then just restless, 6 hours of sleep isnt enough is it? Arghhh - riding at 5am!
