Very happy with this as I was doing it on no taper and with everything on at the moment it was a great result. I thought that I would just die at 9km, but I was just able to keep it going at a decent level. Happy with end splits, downhill helps but still finished well!

Well done Vov. You truly are an Ironman considering the amount of things you have on the go at the moment. Just stick it out - it will all be worth it (well, i hope so - for your sake and more importantly, for mine!). J xxx
