30 * 400m with 15-20 seconds recovery!
Ave Pace/Lap 80-84 seconds, with most being closer to the 80 Mark especially towards the end.
Ave HR was 145-155 in the efforts!
This is a mentally tough set, but this week I really didnt find it too bad at all. Ate before and hadmajic sprinkles with a gel at the 20 mark. Also Mark and the others were there until the end and so that helped although I ran the whole set by myself.
I am feeling a lot better after the effects of the cold and was pleased at the effort I used to do the set, it felt really good, sure it was solid at times but I felt comfortable and in control.
