Sun 8th February - How hot is it? Reverse Wisemans Loop!

AM (In referance to the title, the weather update has just reported that it was up around 43-44 degrees in Richmond where we rode a lot of today - It was felt!)
Long ride, 182km with Lucas Kiely on the TT bikes

Real ave as taken off the bike was just below 30km/h.

Was pleased with the session, it was so hot but the nutrition worked well. There are always so many stories to tell on long rides. Was it the rider with pasty white skin wearing a blue/white camo set we met up with on the way up through Mt White, or almost being cleaned up by a bunch of crazy motorists doing at least 160kmph on the narrow roads, or just the long solences towards the end of the ride as we gritted our teeth in the heat and hills coming up for the last hil through Galston Gorge!
