Rest - An Abs/stretch session after a little sleep in.

3.1km including 24*50 on 50seconds 2 easy 1 hard.
Woke in the morning with a headache which was probably a sign of dehydration after the long hot training days. Apart from that Im excited and pumped from my continued improvement. Massage in the evening after a swim which I took easy as part of the recovery week
