Ride 50km easy, 1:43, HR 120 Ave 28.1 with a few small stops.
Home to centennial and into work. Didnt get off to the best start of the day falling off my bike in the driveway as a cleat got stuck in the dark and I had my backpack on. My eyes are stinging with tiredness and I was at work presenting by 7:45am – No rest!

Track. A killer of a set I wasnt mentally prepared for. >16km

3 * 1km 3:26, 3:24, 3:12 (Pace), HR 152, 151, 157
The ride was easy, I was tired. The run was harder and the total session was over 1.5 hours. The aim being to run longer slower for the IM prep! Didnt get home until after 8pm and getting ready for Fridays session was tough!
