1.5 hr ride. Ave 30+, 45km.
Out to St Ives, Via Allambie and back through the SPIT. Went at 4pm and it was a warm afternoon but fairly quiet on the roads. Didnt go hard, just cruised the 90 minutes.
As you can see I really struggled with this session, But its exactly what I need to start getting back into good form. Im carrying a little weight and the last 4 weeks havent been good for me but im now improving again. Suprinsingly the first one felt the pace that im comfortable with, it was solid and not too quick for a 2km effort. I have to aim to do 8 - 10 of these in around a month holding the pace that I held for the first. The last two today killed me and running circles of tunks isnt fun at all.
