Drive down to Canberra in preparation for the Teams HIM this weekend. I'm dong the swim only but its better than not being able to do anything. Im actually looking forward to being a supporter because Im hoping that if everything goes to plan in 16 weeks there will be a contingent watching me at port!

Jo organised the accom and we got the Penthouse. Although its a late 80's decor, the place is massive functional and perfect for the weekend HIM crew of Pete, Jodes, Jeff and Jo and I. There are a heap of others here too including the Bridsons, Geletti's, Swizzles and more.

Had a relaxing afternoon checking in, looking at the Bike course and cruising Canberra.

Training the last two days has been little. Thursday nothing, Friday a 2.4 km swim at lunch and thats it!
