Lap 2 = 3.14km. 9:34, 3:02/km, Ave HR 178
Lap 3 = 3.14km. 9:50, 3:07/km, Ave HR 176
Was an extremely hard session and went through the pain barriers on every one. Are solid times and feel good running them but it HURTS.
