4 * 2km efforts at Tunks

1 hour easy cycle
Was so smashed after todays efforts at Tunks. I really struggled through the session but was able to hold fairly consistent. With work at the moment im really straining to hold it all together. The 1 hour spin did wonders though, I think I have worked out how to make the spin actually help you recover faster, This was done by including a 2 min (Almost Max) effort in a high cadence gear, than dropping back and letting the blood flush through my legs.
