After waking up an hour early with alarm issues, Hit the Tunks session which is always hard. Felt fine in the warmup and hurt in the efforts with HR going over 180. By the time I got to the 200m efforts my legs were gone.
Have today and tomorrow at home to get sorted before starting my new job!
