18km session all up.

After my first day at Smart Salary I was tired, not to mentioned a bit overwhelmed with the looming workload. Transport is not sorted yet so I think it will be a couple of weeks until Im fully into a comfortable schedule.
Legs were heavy and I was generally tired. James was flying on the hills and I couldnt keep up, but was glad to get it out.
