ALSO, (See below my Garmin Software) My download enabled me to look at one of my key sessions which was last Tuesday morning the 21st. I was a bit down on myself as I wasnt really keeping up with James. I didnt really know that the efforts were also more than 1km, more like 1.13-4 kilometres. So after taking this into account I can now say that the 6 1 km efforts with the 2 min recovery were (Pace)

No wonder why James called it a breakthrough for himself, I'd also call it one for me now. Thats the fastest Ive ever repped, so Im very pleased with that...
Still need to sort out how I use the Garmin better though ie: Auto stop or not etc

Nill (Fly to Melbourne for Darby Day)
Second day at Smart Salary and was more positive as i started working out the strategy with Dave and Deven. Deven loves my Garmin and is keen on the running so its a great fit. The run was fairly slow, JUST in case I hadnt mentioned it before, I was tired and I dont feel good generally until ive run for a long time 10km's plus. Its a very hilly run so I wasnt dissapointed with the average pace AND I loaded my Garmin software which Ill start incorporating into this, the graphs and summary are great.
