4*2km cross country course at Tunks with 2min recovery. 7:09, 7:07, 7:05, 7:03
Was not an easy session at all, still struggling to hold good form and feel strong. Running confidence not there yet, but hopefully will be soon. JS was running very well today again. I dont know how I got faster though, it was more and more difficult as I went on?

Nothing, was soft and no time, going out to dinner with work.
General
Not enough sleep, feeling quite tired. Looking fowrads to getting the Garmin tonight
