Struggled badly today and really felt the fatigue in the legs probably just from general tiredness. 3 weeks until Bussleton!

Definately not my best days training today (Yet-still have a long run this afternoon), but this week with our grand opening there were many late nights and lots or organising to be done. All in all it has all go very well and we are looking forward to welcoming many people at 2XU Paddington in the future.
All in all this week was a bit up and down. Wednesday was definetaly the highlight were I put two quality sessions together and ran a solid time in the JP Morgan chase. I can still feel the heaviness in the legs and lack of speed.
