90 Minutes at 210-230 (Sauna) in the colonial building in the city.
Now sitting half in a Sauna at 5:30 am at 33 degrees and high humidity is character building.
Swim
Included lots of 200's. Main set 200 (3:15) 200 (3:00) 200 (2:45) *3.
Although I didnt hold these times I was getting closer too. Chris was frustrated because many of the leading/better swimmers were blowing too and not getting out of the way slowing everyone up in the process and frustrating all. Anyway I felt better than I had in months.
Suprosingly I had pretty good energy all day!
