Run. Planned 8*1km efforts at track.
Had spoken to Mark during the week and day. If it was an effort to hold the time I was to pullout. So after running the first one on 3:22, I pulled the sesssion running approx 5km and 20 minutes instead.
It was frustrating but my body was telling me I was at the limit!
