AM Ride - Sauna
219.8 watts, 39km, 75 minutes
Still tired but started the session at 6am with a target range of 210-230 watts for 75 minutes in my favourite sauna.
Lachlan was around at the gym looking after me too, so the water refill at around 45 minutes was great, only one more of these to go for a while.

My weight is right in the race range well its what I feel the best at) depending on the time of day and scales etc, etc Im sitting between 64.5-66kg at the moment.
Still tired....
