Not my best session, but started on time at 5:15am running from the city to Centennial and eventually deciding to run cross country as I wasnt holding my required splits and needed something to look forward too. Thanks PC for the constant shouts of encouragement you yelled as you passed me on the bike, people already think Im freak enough.
These Tuesday runs are extremely mentally tough. Once completed though you feel indestructible and I know there arent many people going to Kona who can backup and run these sessions and times. Ill ride off that confidence in the last 60km or so in the bike as it really hurts.
After a busy day with Dave S covering the shop whilst I was in and out I again postponed my evening session.
