Ride (45 km, 1:40 minutes
Early start at 5am I was on the bike in Turamurra heading up the highway before doubling back into the park from the Hornsby side.
Minus my training partner Brett (Slept in-Brett whats going on mate) I was left to this morning session which included 3* Bobbin Head hills for 45km.

Gave it to myself pretty hard on the last rep and chased down a lot of guys which was satisfying.

Still a very tough session as you dont really get much break and I really was holding on hard to get it out. Wet and dark made it less than comfortable but my favourite 2XU elite compression tights held up for me.
