16km, 75min, ave 4:42 pace, HR 133 HR
Most of the KM efforts were arounf 4:30 pace which is exactly where it needed to be today, still recovering and was supposed to be an E1 only run!

Starting to feel a lot better by the evening and things are still on track with the wsimming. I know my swimming is getting better if I actually dont mind going swim training - Scary hey?
