Nothing.
It was raining and we had planned a WT indoors. However As i tried to setup for the session I was quickly aware that something was not quite right. I had no energy, massive dead feeling. I eventually canned it after Jo talked some sense into me and I had another 2 hours sleep.
Gym
45 minutes abs and stretch
The afternon was spent over at Tina's 50th birthday. It was a huge spread with 3 lamb spits and tarps etc up. I only wish we could have stayed, you sacrifice a lot when training full on, not only was I too tired but we had planned to try and exercise when we got home, however we ended up trying to clean the house next door, we got a bit of it done!
Jodes over in the late arvo for a session with Jo. Nice and relaxing end to the weekend
