3km swim at Chatswood. 500wu, 2*50, 2*100, 200, 400, 200, 2*100, 2*50 and 9*100's with paddles, eventually stripping.

Heard the Good news of Deven and Brett smashing their PB's in their Terrigal Half Marathon today which is really fantastic news, and as Deven said, its great to work with a bunch of guys who are into work and sport, playing hard at both, its good motivation!
Yum Cha for Lunch was great and met some great people, Voltaren tablet seems to do the trick on my knee, the best its felt in over a week, since it started playing up, It made my day Im hoping im on the road to recovery. Caught up with Pete and Sophia to talk Thredbo training too which was great.
