6 * 1km efforts at Tunks
3*200 m efforts
Efforts were not easy at all, James reckons they were faster than last time. I hope so. I only kept up with James on two of the efforts 4 and 5, the others I was blown off with tired legs. Still need to work out features on the Garmin, Jeff seems to be the gadget man on this.
Got to say there's nothing quite like taking a shower in the carpark at Tunks with a water bottle, especially when there's a cold wind blowing, good thing I have tinted windows to hide behind - Sometimes its the only way to fit in the sessions if I need to start work early OR travel out to the sticks (today Im at Schoffields- further than Quakers Pete).
Did James steal back his red markers from the Tunks Park cone thief?

Great running today VS. I wonder if that group with the ladies will request that you change and shower away from the tints? They might hold that cone as ransom until you do...
If you happen to stop at Quakers on your way to Schofields, the Inn still offers 1974 prices - $4.95 for a burger and chips or, if you are feeling upper class, $5.50 for a steak sandwich and chips. Sauce and chicken salt no extra charge. Cheers, "Pancakes"
Thanks Pete
I need something to ponder on my long drives out to nowhere. Im actually thinking of just having a shower right where everyone parks in the future, I may wait until its at least 20 degrees though, and wear a pair of orange for steve.
Damn those cone stealers
