30 minute run. 6 Hill repeats on the dirt road at Bungarby. 3 short 3 long 1:30 to 2:00 uphill with jog back recovery.
I guess after such a busy day on Thurday i shouldnt have expected too much, good old hollow legs was at it again. Sometimes I wish i hadnt bought that damn Garmin. Theres no hiding. I was hoping it was inaccurate, but I know its not. I didnt feel ok for at least 5 km, it was below zero too, so maybe that didnt help. But i was tracking at 4:30 to 5:00 on the way out and closer to 4:00km on the way hope. Out is uphill but, apart from the random Hares, I was still cursing myself quietly.
The rest of the day didnt really improve. Broke the lawn mower after another 1.5 hours of training (I mean mowing-Lumpy tussocks) and then got the call that my Grandmum was v sick, so went into Cooma to see her before returning around 6pm. Heading back to Sydney tomorrow.
