After a few weeks of relatively easier training its time to start preparing for the GC Marathon.

Official time was 1:12:56 and 15 seconds begind Crinetti but I know thats not correct
Monday
Am - 30 minutes easy
Battling a cold so skipped swimming
Tuesday
AM 10km including WU and Drills
2*3km with 4 min jog recovery
Lap 1 3.10 9:47, 3:09, 179 HR
Lap 2 3.12 10:0, 3:12, 172 HR
Was ok considering how unwell I felt yesterday! Really struggles in the second and am still v sore from Sunday but pleased!
