Sunday 29th March

Brick - Centennial

5 laps (20km) / 1 Lap (4km)
4 laps/1/2 lap

approx 50km/7km

Including the Warmup and warmdown this session took around 2 hours. The rides were hard efforts and I never really felt to good which doesnt please me really. The running however just clicks into place and I have no concerns here whatsoever.

Stuffed up the Garmin settings but will try to get some data up here later.

Jo ran out to centennial with the Marathon crew and we headed off to not bread alone for a late breakfast. I was happy to have only my second day in 3 weeks off work and its been difficult holding it all together.

Jo ran 3 Hours today - Well done, because it was also the pace at which it was done that was promising.
