Monday 2nd March

AM
75 minute WT. Kept it E1 apart from 3*5 minute uptempo to flush the legs.

PM
Swim 3.2km
Main set 20*100's on 1:30 (With fins - coming in on 1:18 to 1:22)


Fairly standard day. Tiredness from the weekend made it harder than usual but the two sessions were at the quality I needed. Knee is feeling fine and evening massage did the trick - Thanks Jobe.

Im stuck in that middle ground at the moment. Im so tired and 2.5 weeks of hard traing seems so much but 5 weeks and its all over seems too close! Its one session at a time at the moment, two killer weekends coming up and a triple play tomorrow. This weekend 3km swim and 150km ride Sat, Olympic distance race and 25km run Sunday - ARGHHH!

Can anyone help me out and get some good motivational music loaded onto my IPOD? I would appreciate it a lot
