3 Hrs including 4*15 min efforts in the big gear.
Torrentail rain caused the session of 120km road to be canned. It ended up going ok but definately a draining set on both the legs and the head and also the total lack of comfort when you are absolutely drenched with sweat - My shoes are full of water (Sweat)
Midday - Pilates

Swim 3.2km Including 3*400 7min on/3*300 on 5:15 on and 3*200 on 3:30.
Wasnt fussed with pushing the pace just held form and was slightly under 1:30 pace
Suprisingly with this being the 4th swim in 3 days I felt ok in the water. My strength is catching up and the technique session lastnight is paying off as im feeling a bit better in the water.
Was a busy day, rain in the morning cleared to sunshine and was pleased with the two sessions out of the way.
