10 or 20 *50m?, 16*100m including first 25m Butterfly on 1:40, 16*50 25 hard/25 easy on 50.
Was good to get out the two swims although the second one I started dying towards the end. The butterfly worked only for a bit for me, too many in the lane and i dont want to knock people out when my arms are wobbling all over the place - great strength work though!
