Run at Tunks. Session included 3*3km cross country
Pace was approx 3:30 for the 3 efforts with two minutes recovery. 12km session in total.

Knee hurt a bit at the start of the run but eased up. Surpisingly its now the right knee hurting at times. Anyway, we will train through and see how it pans out.
