Tried to run. Was hurting and getting worse. Pulled out in utter frustration

Went to another Physio. Basically tols me the same as Jobe but maybe added some muscle strength exercises etc to work on which helped, Once it was strapped it started to feel better. It always hurts the most in the morning and sleeping on it somehow seems to stir it all up.
