After thinking that I wasn’t going to swim tonight I was really glad too. It was a fairly short session as Mark wanted us to be out and done with if we were racing, eventhough Kurnell is a C race for me this weekend (Im looking forward to racing though). The times in swimming are coming down. Although I was drafting on every second 100m, I was able to do all 100’s between 1:20-1:25 with Mark giving some feedback on dropping elbow etc. On the 200’s the first 2 were just under 3:00 and the last under 3:10. I was feeling fairly comfortable throughout with effort around an 8/10. Wish i felt like this more in the water. The speed must be working.
The morning ride was in good conditions, the first time for a while. We headed up to Berowra and than back via Bobbin head. The effort was solid and at times I struggled but pulled through well in the end. Continued the ride on in to work.

Hi Vlad, your swimming is coming along well mate. Nothing wrong with 100's on 120's. I am starting to a bit more in the pool as we head into Christmas but I must say my program is a disgrace in comparison to your workload. It is very interesting to follow, all the best. Andrew
